2. Products

All products sold on Kabigon are fan-made merchandise. Product photos are as accurate as possible, however slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings or handmade production processes.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have parental consent
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You agree to these Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. in case of stock error, payment issue, or suspected fraud).

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/debit card (via Stripe)
• PayPal

Payment is processed securely. We do not store your card details.

6. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Delivery times vary by destination:

• Europe: 4–8 business days
• USA & Rest of World: 6–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• You must contact us at contact@kabigonshop.com before sending anything back

Non-returnable items: custom or personalised products, digital items, and items marked as final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@kabigonshop.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Kabigon. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kabigon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
