Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we've got you covered.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days. Once shipped:

• Europe: 4–8 business days
• USA & Rest of World: 6–14 business days

Do you restock sold out items?

Yes! We do our best to restock as regularly as possible so you don't have to wait too long. Follow us on Instagram @kabigon.pokeshop to stay up to date on restocks and new drops.

Are your products official Pokémon merchandise?

No, Kabigon is an independent fan shop. Our products are fan-made and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo or The Pokémon Company.

Returns & Issues

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. For the fastest response, send us a message on Instagram @kabigon.pokeshop and we'll sort it out together.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us on Instagram @kabigon.pokeshop with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
